1. Put the tourniquet strap on the bleeding place and cover the injured limb with the strap ring
2. Tighten the strap and fix it
3. Then wrap the bandage around the injured limb and stick it
4. Twist the handle and increase the pressure until there is no more massive bleeding from the wound
5. Then put the handle into the fixing buckle and fix it
6. Check the bleeding. If there is a large amount of bleeding, add other pressure near the tourniquet
7. Wrap the bandage around the handle and stick it with Velcro
8. Record the processing time on the white cloth tape
